Hi, I’m Dr. Marnie!

I help people who feel trapped by perfectionism to break free of strict rules, embrace their unique strengths, and feel more content with who they are.

I have a PhD in Counselling Psychology and I’ve been teaching university courses online since 2015.

I've struggled with perfectionism myself, and get how challenging it can be to overcome.

I’m excited to use my skills for teaching and research to share info and strategies for working through perfectionism.
